Enter your tracking number below to see where your parcel is. You will find it in the dispatch email we sent when your order left us.

Before you worry

It can take up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear after dispatch. A tracking link that shows no movement at first is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Delivery takes 7 to 12 business days from dispatch, on top of 1 to 2 business days of processing. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Still nothing?

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or the carrier has marked your parcel as delivered and you do not have it, email info@hedgerowgoods.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either resend or refund.
