Thirty seconds, no talking
Your weight goes sideways, not down
Foam works by getting out of the way. It compresses until it runs out of travel, and then you are on the hard seat again with a thin flat layer in between.
The gel columns lean outward instead and pass the load to their neighbours. Nothing bottoms out, so hour three feels like hour one.
Same weight on both
Four things foam cannot do
Weight goes sideways
The honeycomb walls flex outwards under load instead of compressing flat, so pressure spreads across the pad rather than piling up under your tailbone.
Air moves through it
Open cells under an open-weave mesh. Heat and damp have somewhere to go, which is the part foam gets wrong on a long drive.
Stays where you put it
Silicone dots across the base grip leather, vinyl and fabric, so it does not travel forward every time you get in and out.
Fits the seats you use
40 × 35 cm and 2 cm thick. A ute bench, a mesh office chair, a dining chair, a stadium seat.
The drive where you stop shuffling
Somewhere past the second hour you start shifting your weight from one side to the other. Sit up straight, slump, sit up again. None of it lasts more than a few minutes.
It is not the back. It is the two small bones you are sitting on, with nowhere to spread the load.
The questions we actually get
Does the cover come off to wash?
Yes, and the honeycomb gel underneath rinses clean under the tap.
How thick is it, really?
2 cm of honeycomb gel, 40 × 35 cm across. Thick enough to lift your tailbone clear of a hard seat, thin enough that your driving position and your desk height do not change.
Will it slide around?
The base is covered in silicone dots that grip leather, vinyl and fabric. On a very slippery leather bench it can creep a little over a long drive; a quick pull back into place and it stays.
Will it fit my seat?
40 × 35 cm covers everything from a ute bench to a narrow mesh office chair. If your seat is bucket-shaped, the gel folds into the contour rather than sitting proud.
Does it get hot?
Less than foam. The cells are open and the cover is an open weave, so air moves through instead of building up. It is not refrigerated — nothing in this category is.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave the warehouse in 1–2 business days and arrive in 7–12. Shipping is free and tracked, anywhere in Australia. We do not hold stock in Australia, which is how the price stays where it is.
What if I do not get on with it?
Sit on it for 30 days. If it is not for you, send it back for a refund. No forms, no arguing.
